Andreia Pacheco, PhD is a certified psychologist and psychotherapist, with a background as an international researcher and University Professor. Her training in psychotherapy, as a member of the Portuguese Society of Constructivists Psychotherapies (SPPC, www.construtivistas.pt), complied with the Training Standards for Psychologists Specializing in Psychotherapy of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Association (http://www.efpa.eu/professional-development/training-standards-for-psychologists-specializing-in-psychotherapy), namely 150h of supervision, 500h of supervised practice, 400h of theory, therapeutic methodology and technique, and 100h of personal therapy or other personal training specified. Currently she is an effective member of the Portuguese Psychology Board (www.ordemdospsicologos.pt), certified as a Specialist (specifically in Psychotherapy), and also an affiliate international member of the American Psychological Association (www.apa.org) and a Registered EuroPsy Psychologist by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations, with ongoing psychotherapeutic models training (Internal Family Systems’ Level 3 certified training, Somatic IFS therapist, Intimacy from the Inside Out (for couples) trained, certified IFS therapist by the IFS Institute and approved IFS consultant for IFS certification), clinical supervision and personal therapeutic work.

Sofia Reis is a Clinical and Health Psychologist formed in Algarve University in the Human and Social Sciences Faculty. She is an effective member in the Portuguese Psychologists Board since 2022 (with the professional card number 29137). Her professional experience is in assisting through psychological intervention crime victims of all ages, as she has also the Victim Support Technician Course. For that reason, she has experience helping clients with post-traumatic stress, anxiety, issues with grief and difficulties in assertiveness. She has an interest in psychological assessment and neurodevelopmental disorders, which is why she values ongoing training in those themes. Among the professional training described here, she has also the Initial Training Course for Trainers (nº F746540/2023) and the E-trainer Course. Pedro Viegas is a Clinical Psychologist and a SPPC certified Psychotherapist.  He has a Level 3 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and is a certified IFS therapist by the IFS Institute. He’s been working as a Clinical Psychologist since 2003 and has worked mostly with adults and adolescents. He is a member of the Portuguese Society of Constructivist Psychotherapies (SPPC, www.construtivistas.pt), an effective member of the Portuguese Psychology Board (www.ordemdospsicologos.pt) – certified as a Specialist in Clinical & Health Psychology – and a Registered EuroPsy Psychologist by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations.
